Terms of Use and Shipping Policy – FillitVitamins

Lex Life Ltd. (the “Company”), reg. no. 516538931, welcomes you to its website www.fillitvitamins.com (the “Site”). The Site enables online purchase of advanced nutritional supplements and wellness products manufactured in Israel and approved by the Israeli Ministry of Health.

1. General
1.1. Browsing and use of the Site are subject to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Site.
1.2. These Terms apply equally to all genders. The use of masculine or feminine language is for convenience only.
1.3. The Terms apply to use of the Site via any computer or device, whether through the internet or other communication networks.
1.4. Browsing the Site is permitted at any age. Purchases are restricted to persons aged 18 or older with legal capacity. Minors under the age of 18 may purchase only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.5. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

2. Browsing the Site
2.1. Browsing the Site does not require registration and is open to all users.
2.2. When submitting details or making a purchase, users may be asked to provide personal information such as first name, last name, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing partial or incorrect information may prevent service provision.
2.3. Users are not legally obligated to provide information; however, failure to do so may prevent purchases.
2.4. Information provided will only be used in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
2.7. The Site may deny access to any user at its sole discretion, including in cases of fraudulent details, illegal activity, breach of Terms, attempts to compete with the Site, or interference with other users’ use of the Site.

3. Marketing and Newsletters
3.1. By providing details on the Site, users consent to receive marketing content, updates, and advertisements.
3.2. Users may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in each email or by contacting the Site directly.
3.3. Providing another person’s details without their consent is strictly prohibited.
3.9. Consent to receive marketing content constitutes consent to receive advertising under applicable communications law.

4. Purchases on the Site
4.1. Purchases can be made securely via credit card or other payment methods offered on the Site.
4.2. Prices, availability, and purchase terms are subject to change. The Site may discontinue products or change prices without prior notice.
4.4. If the credit card company refuses payment, the Site may suspend or cancel the order. Customers shall be liable for any costs incurred by such refusal.

5. Promotions, Benefits and Discounts
5.1. The Site may offer promotions, benefits, and discounts from time to time. Such offers may be changed, suspended, or terminated at the Site’s sole discretion.
5.5. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

6. Coupon Codes
6.1. The Site may issue coupon codes granting defined discounts for a limited time. Coupons are valid for single use and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Supply Policy (Shipping)
7.1. Orders will be delivered to the customer’s specified address. Deliveries within Israel are typically completed within up to 7 business days.
7.4. Deliveries are available within Israel only, excluding East Jerusalem and the Palestinian Authority territories.

7A. International Shipping & Customs Duties
7A.1. We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities.
7A.2. United States Customs (Update August 2025): Following regulatory changes, the U.S. has suspended the de minimis exemption for imports up to $800. All shipments to the U.S., regardless of value, may incur at least 10% customs duty and additional processing fees (including the Merchandise Processing Fee – MPF, currently 0.3464% of shipment value, minimum $27.23, maximum $634.62). Additional tariffs (Sections 232, 301, 304, IEEPA) may apply. Gifts up to $100 remain exempt.
7A.3. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
7A.4. Customers must provide accurate customs information, including HS codes, product descriptions, and identification numbers where required by customs authorities.
7A.5. The Company is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs clearance, inaccurate details, or refusal to pay duties.

8. Returns, Changes and Cancellations
8.1. Our Return Policy: We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. You may return your order within 14 business days from the day it arrives.
8.2. How to return:
- Directly to our office at: 8 Maskit St., Herzliya, Israel, or
- By DHL international shipping (fees may apply, typically $50–$120, based on DHL’s regional rates).
8.3. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
8.4. In the event that a package is refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs or duties, a refund will be issued only once the returned package has been successfully received at our offices. The cost of the return shipment via DHL is the full responsibility of the customer.
8.5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, in which case no fee will apply.
8.6. Products must be returned, where possible, in their original packaging. The Company may claim compensation for diminished value if products are not returned in their original condition.
8.7. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customized products, or items unsealed by the consumer.

9. Disclaimer of Liability
9.1. Information on the Site does not constitute medical advice or guarantee of results. Use of products is the sole responsibility of the customer. The Site is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on information or use of products.
9.5. Products are not medicines or substitutes for medical treatment. Consult a physician before use, especially for sensitive populations such as pregnant women, children, or those with chronic illnesses.

10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content are owned by the Company or third parties who authorized its use. No content may be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall lie with the competent courts in the Central District of Israel.

12. Privacy Policy and Data Security
12.1. The Site respects user privacy and applies accepted data security practices. Personal data is stored securely and used only for service provision, order processing, and customer communication.
12.5. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, personalization, and targeted advertising.
12.7. Despite efforts to protect information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data by contacting the Site.
